The schedule I NPC cries for help, the agent continues to lurk them while creating a spreadsheet

I have been fascinated by these things since Oblivion blew my small mind when I discovered a point of NPC on the map to the destination that I was asked to see him at. I couldn’t say it still felt quite miraculous as after, but it still kept some miracles for me.
