Steam is throwing a real -time strategic festival this week, including discounts and performances, and those who like to click on the hut that emits Orc are eating well. In the demo of the new strategic game that I have discovered so far, the game that makes me most interested is Calyx, in which you have a war with an alien vegetation block, expanding towards your base in a snowy battle, choking of green moss and purple veins. It seems a bit rough at the level of control and performance, but this concept is very promising: Basically, imagine if Creeper World 4 is like the ground control. This is a trailer.

The premise: You are the only member of the crew surviving on the Avaris Corporation Deep Space Mining. After a century in the sleeping cryos, you wake up by anyone on the train and not ended on the surface of a lifeless planet to search for ores. Then you discover that the planet is not too lifeless.

The basic flow here is a mixture of basic construction and tower protection surgery and hierarchical and hierarchical threats, including regular threats and implicitly drawing its colors. You will need to set a strong turret and grid to keep them online. But you will also need to build tanks, artillery and so on so you can clean up the distant canyon of invasive plants before they become a problem. There are many different types of plants, corresponding to a number of ways for traditional RT units, but the suspense of Calyx, I think, is placing a strategic game tool set regularly against enemies not playing with the same rules.

The demo includes a level of instructions and “alpha quality, the level between the game to show how the final experience can feel”. Creative Studio 568 was founded by three experienced developers with credit at Epic Games, Liemhead and Natural Motion. All three formerly working at the unusual corporation, the creators of the Middle Ages. You can read more on Steam. I hope this turns out to be good.
