Ninja Gaiiden: Ragebound is the next item in the respectable action series, revealed tonight at Pre-Geoffies. It came in 2025 as a joint effort between Koei Tecmo, the blasphemy developers of the game and Retro Dotemu Renaissance. Trailer below.

From the welcome team behind the blasphemy, Ninja Gaiden: RageBound successfully combined the classic legend and the gameplay of the developed Ninja Gaiiden series (now the best of both ages combined to create a monumental and thrilling adventure.
Our story began when Ryu Hayabusa went to the US to honor his father’s will. While he was away, the barrier between people and the devil world suddenly broke up, liberating a scary army to Hayabusa village, currently facing an unprecedented threat in Ryu’s absence. To combat this new threat, Kenji Mozu, a young ninja from Hayabusa village, surpassed the challenge!
The trailer itself looks quite good, packed in many lovely swaying effects, running on the wall, one or two people, big men with big shields that look like demons, and great demons and lavish pixel art. Like a blasphemy, it made me want to play immediately. And, like a blasphemy, I will definitely be terrible to it. This is a steam link.
