GTA Copycat Paradise is an accused cryptocurrency fraud, but continues to achieve the desired list of steam.

An upcoming Life SIM, claiming to be a competitor with Grand Theft Auto Vi, is continuing to accumulate followers and the desired list of Steam, although the game is lined up as a means for a crystal cryptocurrency. Paradise is sold on the market as a third -person game set in a sunny modern city, where you can talk to any NPC through the microphone on the street and receive feedback provided by artificial intelligence. You will drive sports, shoot at people and accumulate cash in the game. But its more weird claims have attracted immediate supervision from video creators who have found countless inconsistencies in marketing documents. The game has been deleted from the Epic Games store, probably because of violating many of the store’s rules. But it is still on the steam, and somehow, climbing the desired list ladders despite many of its red flags.

Even in a surface view, Paradise looks like a big stealing online with someone who goop – is not particularly attractive when placed next to the high quality and “hand -handed” city landscape of Rockstar. This is the first introduction for the game:

As you can see, it is very “we have Los Santos at home”. Many factors, including minimum, map text and even beach umbrellas, looks identical to the boxes found in GTA V or introduction to GTA Vi. The company has even copied music and the motto from an introduction created by fans for a GTA role -playing server that no longer exists, itself is called “Paradise Roleplay”.

The largest land at 1:20, when the narrator announced that you would “make money and cryptocurrencies” while the player’s character walked into the bank. The next introduction has lowered the cryptocurrency element and the same introduction on Steam has been edited to eliminate that specific word, perhaps complying with Valve’s rules for marketing cryptocurrencies. The company behind Paradise, Ultra Games, said they would no longer send it to cryptocurrencies in their minds, as we would see, the game themselves did not seem to be important.

Last month, many different Youtubers came up with these concerns in the game, including the initial introduction show that Lamborghinis had no license. Most Chutzpah-ly of all, Paradise promises the ability to interact with AI versions of popular influential people like Pokimane and Fortnite Streamer Lachlan Power, among others. However, none of those big broadcasters say anything about the game on their public channels. The trailer promises AI’s role of those who have this influence are still displayed on Steam, but the game’s website acknowledges that certain high -level streams will not appear, claiming that “not all contracts are completed in the expected time frame.”

Some allegations made by YouTubers feel too enthusiastic. For example, buying and using assets from Unreal’s store is not criminal. But considering many other signs of crypto-dirt, you don’t even need to indicate cheap assets as evidence of suspicious activities. Paradise has more smoking rifles rather than a series of shooting at West Point.

Most significantly, the later investigations of YouTuber “Jetro” stated that the company was not based in Hong Kong, because they declared on their website, but is said to be practicing a “pump and pumping” fraud of Russia focused on an application that allows you to buy money from the game – before release. Jetro also pointed out that the steam list of the game claims that it will use against the Kernal level, “will allow developers to fully access everything on your PC,” he warned. “For this reason, I don’t recommend downloading this game at any time.”

Despite all of this, the game is still having followers on Steam. Paradise had 20,000 followers a month ago, according to game-stats.com, and that increased to more than 30,000 followers. To put this in the prospect, Final Fantasy Vii Rebirth has about 27,000 followers at the time of printing, while the mafia: the old country has about 40,000. It is enough to put Paradise on the list of ten “upcoming games” of the website of the website.

According to conservative estimates, these followers can turn into about 150,000 desired lists or more (I am using the calculations found by data cutting processes at Discoverer game for that). Allowed, there is no accounting for Shenanigans statistics and even more for BOT, Sockpuppets, and those who want to make mistakes. However, it should still be a concern that such a sketchy game is increasing through the ranks of steam recruitment as well as being broader on social media.

I asked Valve that they had the current concern about the game and whether it should be allowed in the store. Meanwhile, it seems that Epic Games has removed the game from selling, its store page is not found 404.

For those who created games that have not been released, they have posted a long and defensive question on their website, which is more or less continuous Hollers “We do nothing illegally, promising!” You may expect a common question like GTA will include things like “Which gun will I get?” Or “How many skateboards can I own?” But for heaven, we received the answer to: “Where is the legal address of your company?” And “Is there experts from other countries, including Russia, in your group?” These are questions that players should not ask once, don’t mind frequent.
