Inzoi's initial access missed its shot to boot Sim sim steam decis

Inzoi’s initial access release is not suitable for Steam floor, mainly because this is not a particularly good game. However, even before you can dig into its sterile person, try to run inzoi on Valve’s Hanhdheld related to not voluntarily heading of compatible problems and strange solutions that are not popular with the deck since the early days of 2022.

This is uncomfortable, and twice so knowing that although all years of adults, Steam floor does not really have a heavy life that seamless positions in hand -held format. Se-ri Sims, clear inspiration and the main opponent of Inzoi, may be played by monkeys, but even the most recent Sims 4 needs to revise the community control to operate-and that is more about copying mouse controls on trackpad rather than actually optimizing for control inputs. Inzoi wants Look Like the model of a modern life simulation, but the lack of its own mobile relationship, preferably an opportunity to be missed to narrow this gap.

The worst, it doesn’t work and for reasons that even the most troublesome Steam games have surpassed. First, inzoi’s debut when it comes will treat you with nothing but a black screen, because the introductory video is available on each breaker that is immediately broken-an undesirable opposition to the deck’s teething issues with incompatible or incompatible AVCCC codecs. I found that a classic correction was still active, namely installing the latest version of Proton GE and forcing Inzoi to start running through it, although any complacent face I might have been quickly punched into the main menu screen. A screen that cannot be explained in an unexpected way with some frame ratios of CRT, which is absolutely nothing on it, including the Settings menu-can click.

The alternative solution for this menu Borkage is so tedious and not intuitive that it can only be explained effectively through a step -by -step guide. At least the secondary benefit is to keep this article helpful for those who skip the parts that I say is not concerned.

Step 1: Install and launch inzoi at least once. Then, hold the power button of Steam Deck and enter the desktop mode through the list of source options. It will help if you have a station connected to the mouse and the keyboard is connected at this time, although it is not necessary.

Step 2: When you are in desktop mode, open the dolphin file manager and navigate Home. If any of these does not appear, click the Hamburger icon (three short horizontal lines) and check “display hidden files”.

Step 2 on how to fix the main menu of inzoi on the Steam floor: In dolphin, place hidden files to display and navigate to Windows files in the configuration folder of Inzoi.

Step 3: In the Windows folder, a file name is called gameusersettings.ini. Double click this to open it.

Step 4: Locate the “FullscreenMode” settings, which will be placed in 0. Use your keyboard (or keee on the screen of the deck, accessible by pressing the Steam + X button) to replace 0 equal to 1, then click “save” near the window.

Step 4 on how to fix the main menu of inzoi on the Steam floor: Change the entire screen value from 0 to 1 and save.

With this tweak adjustment and proton ge all set (I have used version 9-26), Inzoi will eventually start running on your Steam floor. Sadly, you will soon find that it can only play with some difficult trackpad controls (and Finnicky), have many in common with navigation of desktop mode mode compared to the game control game ready for Gamepad. That means manually searching UI’savy buttons with the thumb tracking pointer, while the D-Pad is wasted when providing the exact Zoi movement function like the left bar. Rolling through the action menu also skip the upward/down buttons clearly obviously beneficial for you to hold L2 and glide through the appropriate track, feeling a bit like your brain is fluctuating under a bridge.

Other Quirks are not too bad – for example, open the keyboard on the screen to enter the text – but the continuous friction that these controls is enough to make you wonder why you go deep into those configuration files to start. Inzoi also does not seem to care about the steam features that most deckers use. There is no cloud saving support, so you cannot take your zoi community from a desktop and continue to build them on your handheld device and launch in the offline mode that only returns the error notice that cannot be overcome (although vague) about not being “authenticated” Steam.

As always with the initial access games, “S’Not has completed” the alerts, so it is possible to imagine that new technical corrections and control programs can improve inzoi in the coming months. Perhaps Valve itself can do something about that opening movie, as if it was clearly a problem related to proton. And in the most encouraging way, the overall performance is quite good: I have to disable the ray manual, but the very low quality pre -settings are applied by default on my LCD steam floor at about 40fps.

However, that potential light is a signal to wait rather than a reason to provide energy through the Inzoi’s current handheld stimulus collection. The fans of Sim Life Life Sim are better than sticking to Sims 4 and praying to the Lord-what I think, in this context, are themselves-make better efforts in the future.
