Northgard games, Dune and Wartales Devs Shiro revealed MMO Sci-Fi spacecraft

The 4X strategy and Stalwarts RPG games announced the spacecraft, an adventure “managing many players” located in Normandy in the Middle Ages, of course no – it was placed in space. They will not win the poetry award Dr. Eliot with that title, but I guess it has completed the job. This is a trailer.

And here is a little blurb:

“Discover the vast space expansion in a custom -built star. Collect important resources from different planets across the universe to manual housing, production, communication and other essential structures. Joining forces with other players to establish strong commercial organizations to perform challenging tasks and shape a continuous economic development.”

You can read more on the Steam page, where a little dug into the details of the mechanisms such as traveling faster than light, automation and fleeting. The game will come to access early in 2025.

Shiro is best known for “great RTS” Northgard, “Dune 4X”: Spice Wars and “Wartales Fantasy Fantasy” Wartales, all the games I will hesitate to summarize the “greatness of serious greatness”. Entering the MMO territory feels like a real gamble for them, but again, when to create a MMO is not a gamble?
