Colony Sims may be a little difficult to write about. Whether they take me down seem to go down some unusual design details or a vague feeling of vibrations. Goblin Camp has a little first, but mostly I like it because it feels easy. Not in an empty or mediocre meaning, but in its lack of discomfort or hostility.
It immediately familiar. Your mythical creatures build a house, catch fish, make tools and seeds. Animals and monsters occasionally appear in a spiritual debate about the value of eating meat. You attract more residents, you do not care about building a graveyard, you want to make beautiful clothes but take too many steps and feel wasted space. But I like it. I had to find everything, but there were clear abilities, and the defense was not perfect without everything collapsed. And there are suggestions of something more.
